              According to our company's talent development strategy plan for the next three years,we plan to introduce 100 fresh graduates from universities,covering different educational levels and professional fields.The concept of talent introduction for Meishen is to recruit cadres with the benefits of Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,and Shenzhen,and to recruit grassroots employees with locally leading benefits,without affecting recruitment and employment due to salary.The Human Resources Department of the Enterprise Management and Operations Center has launched the"College Graduates Introduction and Training Program",actively promoting school enterprise cooperation based on the concept of introducing,cultivating,and developing talents.

              Online double selection fair recruitment without off-season

              In July,which was the summer vacation,students were on vacation at home.Director Ma Fengru of the Human Resources Department actively led the recruitment team to promote the school recruitment work and attempted to hold the first online double selection meeting of Meishen Technology.After success,three consecutive meetings were held with nearly 50 participants.

              The double selection event was organized by Zhang Ningning,Feng Caiduan,and Zhang Xiaoning.Manager Feng Caiduan gave a presentation on corporate culture and development,Minister Zhang Ningning introduced the positions currently being recruited,and finally Director Ma Fengru described the company's future development prospects and career direction online.The event ended with a heated Q&A interaction.

              On July 25th,a reserve cadre onboarding and training session was held to help talents quickly adapt to the company culture.The CEO of the company,Du Yuling,provided pre training mobilization and guidance.She elaborated on the beautiful prospects of win-win development between enterprises and talents from three aspects:a good platform,a good boss,and a good future.She encouraged all college students and Meishen to grow together,achieve their careers,and shape their future.

              Five teachers,including Ma Fengru,Deputy Director of the Enterprise Management and Operations Center and Minister of Human Resources,Zhang Xiaoning,Minister of Human Resources Compensation and Performance,Zang Mengjuan,Minister of Administration and Logistics,Chen Zhaohui,Director of Production Workshop,and Kong Lingqi from the Safety Department,were invited to give training and lectures on professional ethics and career planning,company rules and regulations,corporate culture,factory rules and regulations,and safety.At the same time,college students were organized to visit the factory and exhibition hall.After the training,a final exam was taken with a pass rate of 100%.
