1.Offline recruitment face-to-face

Unlike previous double selection events,we have conducted live streaming job guidance simultaneously.Through online live recruitment Q&A and real-time interaction,we not only promoted our company and showcased our corporate culture,but also explained our talent needs and development prospects.Recruitment Minister Zhang Ningning made her first live broadcast,humorously interacting with job applicants through bullet comments and real-time Q&A,and coordinating seamlessly with Manager Zhang Hao from the online promotion department to complete a 2-hour continuous live broadcast.
The live broadcast is a new challenge for us.Zhang Ningning,the recruitment minister,overcame the psychological pressure and rose to the challenge.This live broadcast increased 50 fans for the company's Tiktok official account.
Without any live streaming,other members of the operation center who were not present at the scene continued to like,comment,and ask questions online to increase the popularity of the live broadcast room;In the end,more than 380 applicants entered our live broadcast room one after another,with over 10000 likes and 122 private message consultants.
