Cranberry Yogurt Parfait
Here’s a tip: skip the unnatural sweeteners and buy plain, unsweetened yogurt. Add 1-2 tbsp of Cranberry Powder and you have a naturally sweetened, beautifully pink Cranberry Yogurt! This parfait is naturally sweetened with Organic Cranberry Powder, supplying you with essential Vitamins and antioxidants!
Ingredients:
Plain, unsweetened yogurt
Milk of choice
Organic Cranberry Powder
Granola
Maple Syrup (optional)
Bananas (optional)
Directions:
First layer: 1-2 tbsp plain yogurt.
Top with granola and banana as desired.
Combine 1 tbsp Cranberry Powder with 2 tbsp plain yogurt in a separate bowl. Add 1-2 tbsp milk and combine.
Second layer: 1 tbsp Cranberry Powder/yogurt/milk blend.
Top with granola and banana as desired.
Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Top with maple syrup as desired. Enjoy!
Cranberry Almond Biscotti
Introducing Cranberry Almond Biscotti! Starring Organic Cranberry Powder, this recipe is by far the simplest and most delicious biscotti recipe we have ever made. Who doesn’t love a good snack to go with their morning coffee!? Cranberry powder is filled with natural sweetness and essential nutrients to start your day right. Try this recipe and let us know how you like it!
Ingredients:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp Organic Cranberry Powder
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced/chopped almonds
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees (F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
With an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until combined.
Add in eggs and vanilla. Continue to mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and Cranberry Powder. Then add this mixture to the wet ingredients.
Mix with electric mixer on low-speed until combined.
Fold in dried cranberries and almonds.
Split the dough into two balls and form two logs on prepared baking sheet. About 8 inches long, 2-3 inches tall.
Bake for 28 mins, or until starting to get slightly golden.
Allow to cool for 25-30 mins and gently cut into 1 inch wide segments.
Place the segments cut-side up on sheet and bake for another 15 mins or until golden brown on outside. Allow to cool fully and enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee for breakfast or dessert!
Cranberry French Toast
This is the easiest French Toast recipe ever… AND it is naturally sweetened with a combination of coconut oil and Organic Cranberry Powder. A perfect recipe for an easy Sunday Morning or even a weekday to start the day off right!
*this recipe can be used with ANY of our powders! We recommend any of our Berry Powders for best results :)*
Ingredients:
*makes one serving*
1/2 cup milk (any dairy alternative or regular milk)
1 egg
2 slices of sourdough (or any desired bread)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Cranberry Powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup mixed berries (we used blackberries)

Directions:
Mix egg, milk, cinnamon, Cranberry Powder in a large bowl.
Heat coconut oil in a pan on medium heat.
Dunk bread in mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
Place both pieces of bread on preheated pan and cook on both sides for ~4 minutes.
Heat up and mash mixed berries in microwave (stirring often) or on the stove.
Serve hot on a plate topped with berry compote, maple syrup, and icing sugar if you’re feelin’ fun! Enjoy! 🙂
Cranberry Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
1 tbsp Cranberry Powder
1 tbsp Apple Powder
1/2 Banana
1 pitted date
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp chia seeds
3-6 ice cubes
Directions
Add liquid, powders then the rest of the ingredients to blender.
Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, enjoy!
Maple Cranberry Bourbon Cocktail
The perfect mix of tart to sweet cocktail, for every get together or date night with your sofa this holiday 🙂 Our Cranberry Powder is used to create zero sugar added juice that pairs perfectly with this delicious drink!
*Makes 2 servings*
Ingredients
4 ounces bourbon – (we used Makers Mark)
2 tbsp Organic Cranberry Powder
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup real maple syrup
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
2 ounces soda water
maple cranberries and rosemary sprigs for garnish
Directions
Prepare the cranberry juice by boiling a cup of water and adding this to 2 tbsp of Organic Cranberry Powder in a glass jar, set aside to cool for at least 30 mins to an hour. You can also prep this the day before and let sit overnight to be completely chilled.
Prepare the maple cranberries and syrup by adding cranberries and syrup to a sauce pan over medium-low heat. Simmer until the cranberries begin to burst, roughly 5 mins. Remove from heat and let cool!
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add the bourbon, cranberry juice and 2 1-2 ounces of the maple cranberry syrup depending on sweetness level desired. Shake vigorously!
Strain into rocks glass filled with ice, top each with an ounce of soda water garnish with maple cranberries and rosemary sprig, enjoy 🙂
Cranberry Pistachio Bark
Our absolute favourite recipe that has been in our family for years! The perfect holiday treat to share with family and friends. We added Cranberry Powder for essential nutritional benefits.
Ingredients
500 g White Chocolate
1 cup Shelled Pistachios
2 tbsp Cranberry Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Melt chocolate in a heat safe bowl over a pot of boiling water, stove top. Set aside and let cool to room temperature
Roast Pistachios for 5-7 minutes, set aside to cool
Add Cranberry Powder to two spoonfuls of melted chocolate and stir to combine
Stir in Pistachios into melted chocolate (without cranberry powder) and then pour mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet, then stir in Cranberry Melted Chocolate creating swirls throughout
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour then break into pieces, enjoy!
